I love so many of these. The banners and headers are absolutely GORGEOUS, and I like your cropping in the icons.

My only crit/regret is I feel like I'd be willing to grab more of your icons if they didn't have the jarring text on them. Some of them it works for, but... a lot it really doesn't.

I'm not trying to hurt your feelings, just leaving my thoughts. Really I'd take a ton more, and I'll be looking forward to your next batch.
